Being the first network designed to work with low latency and turnaround time is 10 times shorter than the 4G network, 5G is a solution for professionals working to properly connect autonomous vehicles, refrigerators to be installed, airplane communications facilities, among many opportunities. According to a market survey, by 2020 there will be more than 20 billion IoT devices worldwide and current networks are insufficient to transmit large amounts of data already generated on a regular basis. 5G is seen as a solution that can pull connections simultaneously, efficiently and with low power consumption. It is a network designed to respond in real time, as well as being vulnerable and usable in many ways. 4G was the emergence of 3G, with a broad band and high speed, but with the same ecosystem, while 5G has new systems, it aims to empower the entire network of applications that leaves this ecosystem. The increased demand for 5G will change the investment direction of telecommunications operators, today focused on serving interpersonal communication. The Internet of Things opens a new market where operators have a great opportunity to increase their revenue. The market bet that, of course, the number of devices connected to IoT will be greater than the number of smartphones, and the need to hire a new network will be greater.
